    The female that answers the phone is extremely RUDE!!! She was rude to me by telling me to be quiet while I was trying to ask a question, was also rude to another family member and our insurance agent. We needed information and she was very unhelpful and ignorant. That police department needs to find someone to answer the phone who knows how to show respect and follow the motto of the police "to SERVE and protect".
